Joy trained for countless hours in front of the hot stove experimenting with flavors and with a multitude of ingredients. Joy’s passion for food can be traced back to his youth when flavors came to life for the young cook. With no proper schooling the only thing directing this man was his search for flavors, and the desire to learn new techniques. Over the course of many years Joy has continued to train and has pursued his desire for knowledge. His style can be described as Globally Inspired freestyle Seasonal Cuisine and is all his own, although he has trained with some of the best culinary minds in Las Vegas he is proud to retain his individuality.
